Shipping
At BEAMED, we’re committed to getting your glow tools to you quickly, safely, and seamlessly — wherever you are in the world. We ship globally and process all orders from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Domestic & International Shipping
Delivery times vary based on your location. For customers within the UK, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. For the rest of Europe, expect delivery within 3–7 business days. Orders to the US and Canada generally arrive within 5–10 business days, while deliveries to the rest of the world may take 7–14 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over £50 / $70, and for international customers, free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your region.
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at team@beamed.store as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.
Returns
We hope you love your BEAMED Gua Sha as much as we do, but if something’s not quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email team@beamed.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions on how to proceed. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send out a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
