Refund Policy
We hope you love your BEAMED purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or opened, unless they are faulty or damaged.
To start a return, please email us at team@beamed.store with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
We do not offer refunds for:
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
Opened or used products (unless faulty)
Gift cards
Sale items (unless damaged or faulty)
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
